目的 研究分析庚型肝炎病毒 (HGV)和输血传播病毒 (TTV )在新疆地区献血者中的感染状况。 方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)法检测抗 -HGV Ig G;逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT-PCR)技术检测 HGV RNA;聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测 TTV RNA。对 197名维吾尔族献血者和 3 2 1名汉族献血者的血清标本进行了检测分析。 结果 5 18名研究对象中抗 -HGV Ig G的阳性检出率为 6.5 % (3 4/5 18)。维吾尔族和汉族献血者抗 -HGV Ig G阳性率分别为 11.2 % (2 2 /19 7)和 3 .7% (12 /3 2 1) ,χ2 =10 .9,P<0 .0 0 5 ;维吾尔族有偿献血者、无偿献血者抗 -HGV Ig G阳性率分别为 13 .5 % (2 1/15 6)、2 .4% (1/4 1) ,χ2 =4.0 ,P<0 .0 5 ;汉族有偿献血者、无偿献血者抗 -HGV Ig G阳性率分别为 7.5 % (8/10 6)和 1.9% (4 /2 15 ) ,χ2 =6.4,P<0 .0 5。维吾尔族和汉族抗 -HGV阳性献血者 HGV RNA阳性率分别为 77.3 % (17/2 2 )和 66.7% (8/12 ) ,χ2 =0 .5 ,P>0 .0 5。维吾尔族和汉族献血者 TTV DNA阳性率分别为 2 5 .7% (9/3 5 )和 13 .0 % (6/4 6) ,χ2 =2 .1,P>0 .0 5 ;抗-HGV阳性和阴性献血者中 TTV DNA阳性率分别为 3 5 .3 % (12 /3 4)和 14 .0 % (7/5 0 ) ,χ2 =5 .2 ,P<0 .0 5。 结论 新疆地区存在 HGV和 TTV感染 ,
Objective To analyze and analyze the infection status of Hepatitis G virus (HGV) and blood transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) in blood donors in Xinjiang. Methods Anti-HGV Ig G was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), HGV RNA was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and TTV RNA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) Serological samples from 197 Uyghur blood donors and 321 Han donors were tested and analyzed. Results The positive rate of anti-HGV Ig G in 5 of 18 subjects was 6.5% (34/518). The positive rates of anti-HGV Ig G in blood donors from Uygur and Han were 11.2% (2 2/19%) and 3.7% (12/3 121) respectively, χ2 = 10.9, P <0.05 . The positive rates of anti-HGV Ig G in compensated blood donors and unpaid blood donors were respectively 13.5% (2 1/15 6), 2.4% (1/4 1), χ2 = 4.0, P <0. 0 5; The positive rate of anti-HGV Ig G in paid blood donors and unpaid blood donors was 7.5% (8/10 6) and 1.9% (4/2 15) respectively, χ2 = 6.4, P <0.05. The positive rates of HGV RNA in Uighur and Han anti-HGV positive blood donors were 77.3% (17/2 2) and 66.7% (8/12) respectively, χ2 = 0.5, P> 0.05. The positive rates of TTV DNA in Uygur and Han donors were 25.7% (9/3 5) and 13.0% (6/4 6) respectively, χ2 = 2.1, P> 0.05, The positive rates of TTV DNA in HGV-positive and -negative donors were 35.3% (12/34) and 14.0% (7/5 0), respectively, and χ2 = 5.2, P <0.05.
