红外光谱证明,腐植酸是一种含有羧基、羰基、酚羟基以及醇羟基等组成的的高分子化合物,具有吸附和粘结性。当与磷矿粉混合成型后,逐渐干燥固化,形成坚硬的无定形骨架,而在高温下则逐渐碳化形成碳环结构,仍然具有骨架和连结作用。本文研究了腐植酸钠作为磷矿粉成型粘结剂时影响型球性能的各种因素,从而确定了磷矿粉成型的合理工艺条件。可用于我国化肥工业高炉法生产钙镁磷肥时亟待解决的磷矿粉成型中。
Infrared spectroscopy demonstrated that humic acid is a high molecular compound containing carboxyl, carbonyl, phenolic hydroxyl, and alcoholic hydroxyl groups, with adsorption and binding properties. When mixed with phosphate rock powder, it gradually dries and solidifies to form a hard amorphous skeleton. At high temperatures, it gradually carbonizes to form a carbocyclic structure, which still has a skeleton and a bonding effect. In this paper, various factors affecting the properties of the ball when the sodium humate is used as a binder for forming phosphate rock powder are studied, and the reasonable process conditions for forming the phosphate rock powder are determined. It can be used in the formation of phosphate rock powder to be solved in the production of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer in China’s chemical fertilizer blast furnace process.
