【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of UV-B stress on the life table parameters and feeding behavior of Sitobion avenae (Fabricius) population. 【Method】 The effects of different intensities of UV-B stress on life table parameters and feeding behavior of wheat aphid were studied using age-specific table of life forms and electric spike mapping (EPG). 【Result】 The results of life table showed that the intrinsic rate of increase rm, net growth rate R0 and fecundity F decreased after feeding high-intensity (0.75mW / cm2) UV-B radiation wheat. The mean generation T (P <0.05). After taking low intensity (0.2mW / cm2) UV-B radiation wheat, the life table parameters of Aphis gossypii were significantly different from that of the control group (normal aphid population fed wheat) No significant difference (P> 0.05). The results of spiked potentials showed that the number of np waves (ie, non-feeding) increased significantly in high-intensity UV-B treatment and the first time delay appeared in pd wave (spiking wave), indicating that UV-treated wheat interfered with aphids at the leaf surface Prolonging the search and spying time, C-wave duration significantly prolonged, reflecting the increased difficulty of feeding, effective feeding time is shortened, thus affecting the population life table parameters; and low-intensity UV-B treatment group of aphids feeding There was no significant difference between behavior and control group, but the first appearance time of pd wave was significantly prolonged. 【Conclusion】 High-intensity UV-B stress could seriously affect the growth, reproduction and feeding behavior of Aphis gossypii.
