CO_2焊在大电流时存在射滴过渡形式,它具有与MIG焊射滴过渡类似的特征,也是一种稳定的过渡形式。不过CO_2焊射滴过渡只能发生在潜弧状态下,产生潜弧的条件为在CO_2气氛中,使用粗焊丝,大电流和低电压的配合参数。潜弧之后,由于电弧气氛的变化,而改变了电弧形态和作用力特点,并且仍能保持稳定的潜弧状态。这样一种认识改变了以往人们认为CO_2焊自由过渡是不稳定的排斥过渡的观点。
CO_2 soldering exists at high current droplet transitional form, which has the MIG welding droplet transition similar characteristics, but also a stable transitional form. However, the transition of CO 2 solder droplet can only occur in the submerged arc state. The conditions for generating submerged arc are the parameters of the thick wire, high current and low voltage in CO 2 atmosphere. Submerged arc, due to changes in the arc atmosphere, which changed the arc shape and force characteristics, and can still maintain a stable submarine state.
