Recently, in order to study the effect of anticancer drugs on somatic cells of patients with malignant tumors, cytogenetic analysis of chromosomal damage in bone marrow cells has been widely used. However, analysis of these results is quite difficult because of a lack of data on spontaneous chromosomal aberrations in healthy human bone marrow cells. In this study, chromosome aberrations of 2510 bone marrow cells from 24 males and females aged 20-60 years were analyzed by cytogenetic analysis. The authors used non-cultured chromosomal specimens were obtained, the bone marrow aspirate into 10 ml colchicine containing 0.4 mg / ml and 1 drop of Hank’s Hank solution in a constant temperature of 37 ℃ culture 1
