对二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠在拜尔液除锌中的应用进行了研究,证明了二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠可用于拜尔法生产流程中锌杂质的脱除,考察了二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠浓度、反应温度、反应时间、絮凝剂对除锌效果的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为80℃,反应时间为120 min,二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠的质量浓度为0.8 g/L,絮凝剂质量分数为0.1%的条件下可以将拜尔液中锌杂质脱除到15 mg/L以下,达到国家标准。
The application of sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate in removing zinc from Bayer liquor was studied and it was proved that sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate could be used to remove zinc impurities in Bayer process.
