网络的普及催生了新媒体的大发展大繁荣。据易观国际的数据显示,2013年中国网络视频市场收入规模将达到69.9亿元,中国网民达到5.64亿。视频网站的自制节目也许仍未成大气候,但却足以用“有声有色”来形容。但在网络媒体的影响力与日俱增的同时,同质化、粗糙、低俗、泛娱乐化等诸多问题,尤其是话语空间的尺度把握,既需要来自道德的约束,也需要健康的舆论和社会风气引导。
The popularization of the Internet has given birth to the great development and prosperity of new media. According to Analysys International’s data show that in 2013 China’s online video market revenue will reach 6.99 billion yuan, 564 million Internet users in China. Homebrews for video sites may not be as big yet, but they are enough to describe it as “vivid”. However, while the influence of online media is increasing day by day, many problems such as homogeneity, coarseness, vulgarity and pan-entertainment, and especially the grasping of the discourse space require not only moral constraints but also healthy public opinion and social ethos guidance .
