改革开放以来,浙江从实际出发,依靠市场取向改革较早的优势,走出了一条发展社会主义市场经济的独特道路。在自然资源相对匮乏,又没有特殊优惠政策的条件下,浙江经济领跑全国11年,经济总量从全国排名12位上升至第4位,保持了长期高速增长态势。今年以来,全省又继续呈现强劲的发展势头。这种被称为“浙江现象”的巨变,除了政策、体制等关键因素,深层次的原因是文化,是浙江悠久的历史和深厚的文化底蕴。
Since the reform and opening up, Zhejiang has proceeded from reality and relied on the advantage of the market-oriented reform earlier to move out of a unique road to the development of a socialist market economy. Under the condition of relative lack of natural resources and no special preferential policies, Zhejiang’s economy led the country for 11 years and the total economic output rose from 12th place to 4th place in the nation, maintaining its long-term high-speed growth. Since the beginning of this year, the province has continued to show a strong momentum of development. This kind of change, known as the “Zhejiang Phenomenon”, has profound historical reasons and deep cultural background, except for the key factors such as policies and institutions.
