杭州火车东站站房钢屋盖采用由变椭圆截面斜钢柱和钢管格构斜柱支承的大跨度钢管空间桁架结构,各类空间相贯节点构造复杂。为全面了解复杂节点的受力性能,检验其强度是否满足设计要求,同时验证有限元分析模型的可靠性,对位于屋盖桁架、格构斜柱、单层椭球面网壳等不同位置的若干关键节点进行了试验研究。在简要介绍试验节点设计、加载装置、加载制度及测点布置方案的基础上,给出了主要试验结果及有限元分析结果。研究结果表明,各类节点均具有良好的承载能力,节点设计安全可靠,弹塑性非线性有限元分析可以较好地模拟试验节点的受力性能。
The steel truss roof of Hangzhou East Railway Station Building adopts the space truss structure of long-span steel pipe supported by inclined steel columns with variable elliptical cross-section and inclined steel columns with steel lattice structure, and the structural joints of various kinds of space are complex. In order to fully understand the mechanical behavior of complex joints and test whether the strength meets the design requirements and to verify the reliability of the finite element analysis model, The key nodes are tested. Based on a brief introduction of the design of test nodes, loading devices, loading system and arrangement of measurement points, the main experimental results and the results of finite element analysis are given. The results show that all kinds of nodes have good load bearing capacity, and the node design is safe and reliable. The elasto-plastic nonlinear finite element analysis can simulate the stress performance of the test nodes well.
