大庆石化公司炼油厂历经四十多年发展建设,形成了独具特色的炼油文化和企业精神,积累了许多宝贵的生产和管理实践经验,为大庆石化公司和中国石油做出了重要贡献。近年来,为了适应现代化企业管理要求,炼油厂积极推进精细化管理,创新干部考核机制,逐步找出适合炼油发展需要的基层班子建设,建立起提升炼油厂领导班子整体功能的长效机制。
Daqing Petrochemical Company refinery after 40 years of development and construction, the formation of a unique refining culture and entrepreneurial spirit, has accumulated many valuable experience in production and management practices for Daqing Petrochemical Company and China Petroleum made an important contribution. In recent years, in order to meet the requirements of modern enterprise management, the refinery has actively promoted meticulous management and innovated the assessment mechanism for cadres. It has gradually identified the grassroots units that are fit for the needs of oil refining and established a long-term mechanism to enhance the overall functions of the leading group in the refinery.
