高校图书馆馆员是完成高等学校教育教学任务的重要组成部分,在促进高校提高科研水平、推进办学质量层次的过程中,发挥着举足轻重的作用。然而,当前我国许多高校图书馆馆员对自身的工作缺乏正确的职业定位和缺少积极的价值定位,致使自身在工作中缺少幸福感,本文即从对幸福本质的概述、影响幸福的工作因素、在高校从事图书馆工作如何获取优越的幸福感等方面探讨高校图书馆馆员工作的性质与意义。
Librarians in colleges and universities are an important part of completing the task of teaching and learning in colleges and universities, playing a decisive role in promoting the level of scientific research and promoting the quality of running a school.
