企业根据内部员工的工作及绩效而制定相关薪酬的过程就是企业薪酬管理,其中分配的标准、方式与额度等方面公平性的体现对企业而言具有重要的意义,不但与员工心理、工作效率与工作绩效等直接相关,还会影响到企业自身的经营发展。而企业薪酬管理公平性对企业工作人员的绩效带来怎样的影响,笔者将在本文进行探讨与分析。
