一、概述在高速线材轧制过程中,为满足轧制工艺的要求,必须在中轧至精轧之间实现无张力轧制。由于轧制速度快以及其它方面的影响,仅仅依靠速度闭环控制系统来保证轧制过程的稳定性和精度,已经难以实现。所以在中轧至精轧之间设置了5台活套参与控制,活套的控制作为速度控制系统的外环,参与电机速度的调节,从而实现无张力轧制的工艺要求。本文主要对二钢高线1#水平活套的自动控制作简要阐述。
I. Overview In the high-speed wire rod rolling process, in order to meet the requirements of the rolling process, it is necessary to realize the tension-free rolling between the intermediate rolling and the final rolling. Due to the rolling speed and other aspects of the impact, only rely on speed closed-loop control system to ensure the stability and accuracy of the rolling process has been difficult to achieve. Therefore, between the rolling and finishing set 5 sets of looper to participate in the control, looper control as the outer ring of the speed control system, to participate in the regulation of motor speed, in order to achieve the process requirements of tension-free rolling. This paper mainly describes the automatic control of 1 # horizontal looper in two steel lines.
