由于基础教育改革对师资提出了更高的要求,也由于地方基础教育的社会需求日趋饱和,高职院校师范类毕业生的就业形势呈现出多元化和复杂性的特点,高职院校师范类专业的培养目标必须形成新的定位,陈旧单一的课程结构和教学方法亟须改革。优化课程结构,构建“职业能力本位”的课程体系,整合教学内容,加强实践教学,着眼于学生专业素养的培养是课程教学改革的思路和途径。
