设计了一款基于I2C总线控制的PWM可编程的RGBA四通道LED驱动芯片。通过对I2C接口的读写可控制四路LED的开与关、独立亮度、组亮度及组闪烁频率,实现了对红、绿、蓝、琥珀(RGBA)四种色彩的混色优化。本文提出了RGBA色彩混色方案,通过在RGB的基础之上添加琥珀色可以提高色彩的饱和度、颜色呈现指数,使色彩更丰富、细节更细腻,提升了色彩的层次感。为了减少芯片的版图面积,本文的设计基于全原理图设计。本文的设计是基于cadence软件中进行数模仿真的,采用csmc05的工艺完成。
A PWM programmable RGBA four-channel LED driver chip based on I2C bus control is designed. Through the I2C interface to read and write control of four LED on and off, independent brightness, group brightness and group flashing frequency, to achieve the red, green, blue, amber (RGBA) color mixing optimization. In this paper, RGBA color mixing scheme is proposed. By adding amber on the basis of RGB, the color saturation can be improved, the color index can be rendered, the color can be richer, the detail can be finer, and the color sense can be enhanced. In order to reduce the layout area of the chip, the design of this paper is based on full schematic design. The design of this paper is based on digital simulation of cadence software, and it is finished by csmc05.
