一、对水套漏水原因的分析原来的升降机水套(见图1),是通过锥鼓(4)上水孔和水管接头(5),注水进入水套对机器进行冷却,而锥鼓(4)与档水板(7)及透盖(11)之间的隔水防漏,是用O形橡胶圈密封来解决的.在升降时,需先调整装置使锥鼓压紧才能放水冷却.由于锥鼓与档水板及透盖三者之间有间隙,在压紧锥鼓时,橡胶圈可能滑动或损坏,使各机件之间密封不严,产生水套漏水.从以往的多次检修中发现,问题都发生在这里.特别当O形胶圈损坏并因缺少备件无法更换时,就无法注水进行冷却.二、改装的情况改装后的水套如图2所示.其进水和隔水防漏装置,是由进水压盖(7)、间隔套(5)、改装透盖(3)和J型橡胶油封(2、6、9)等组成.在升降时,只要将冷却水由水管(8)和进水压盖(7)注入
