目的:通过检测结直肠癌中IGF-ⅠR,IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-Ⅱ的表达情况,分析IGF-ⅠR,IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-Ⅱ的表达与临床病理因素之间的关系及三者表达的相关性,探讨IGF系统在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测104例结直肠癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织、正常组织IGF-ⅠR,IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-Ⅱ单一和联合表达的情况。结果:1)IGF-ⅠR,IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-Ⅱ在癌组织中表达的阳性率均显著高于癌旁组织和正常组织,P<0.05,IGF-ⅠR、IGF-Ⅱ在癌旁和正常组织中表达的阳性率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,IGF-Ⅰ在癌旁和正常组织中表达的阳性率的差异具有统计学意义。2)IGF-ⅠR,IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-Ⅱ在癌组织中的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度、Duke分期、TNM分期、原发肿瘤浸润深度T、局部淋巴结转移情况N等均无明显相关,而IGF-ⅠR的表达与肿瘤部位的关系具有统计学意义。3)IGF-ⅠR与IGF-Ⅰ在癌组织中的表达无明显相关,P>0.05,IGF-ⅠR与IGF-Ⅱ在癌组织中的表达的相关性处于临界状态(P=0.05)。结论:IGF系统在结直肠癌的发生发展中的作用不明显,有待于进一步深入研究。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between the expression of IGF-ⅠR, IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ and clinicopathological factors by detecting the expression of IGF-ⅠR, IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ in colorectal cancer, To investigate the role of IGF system in the development of colorectal cancer. Methods: The expressions of IGF-ⅠR, IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ in 104 cases of colorectal cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results: 1) The positive rates of IGF-ⅠR, IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ in cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues and normal tissues (P <0.05). IGF-ⅠR and IGF- There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). The positive rate of IGF-Ⅰ expression in adjacent tissues and normal tissues was statistically significant. 2) The expression of IGF-ⅠR, IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ in cancer tissues was positively correlated with age, gender, tumor size, differentiation, Duke stage, TNM stage, primary tumor invasion depth T, local lymph node metastasis N There was no significant correlation between the expression of IGF-ⅠR and the tumor site. There was no significant correlation between the expression of IGF-ⅠR and IGF-Ⅰ in cancer tissues (P> 0.05). The correlation between IGF-ⅠR and IGF-Ⅱ expression in cancer tissues was in a critical state (P = 0.05). Conclusion: The role of IGF system in the development of colorectal cancer is not obvious, which needs further study.
