本文以26时自行车前叉腿上单位长度的容积函数为目标函数,按几何约束和强度等约束条件确定可行区域,并绘出容积函数的等值线,应用图解法直接寻找最优设计点。从而达到曲杆结构最轻的目的。优化后的结构重量比原结构重量减轻16.3~19.6%。故能改善产品的性能和提高产品的经济效益。
In this paper, the objective function is the volumetric function of the unit length of fork on the front of a bicycle at 26 o’clock. The feasible area is determined according to the constraints such as geometric constraints and strength, and the contour of the volume function is plotted. So as to achieve the lightest curved rod structure. The optimized structure weight is 16.3 ~ 19.6% lighter than the original structure. It can improve the performance of products and improve the economic benefits of products.
