我厂根据钢铁研究院W.孔歇尔教授所介绍的混合炼钢法,从3月份起,进行了碱性转炉——碱性电炉的双包出钢——混合炼钢法试验,到现在为止前后共试验了42炉,其中包括:20,35,50,55,45∠_2,45甲,40??,60T_2等19种钢号。此次试验因条件限制,数据收集得还不够完善,不过由试验结果已可看出:用碱性转炉与碱性电炉进行混合炼钢,其所得钢的质量,完全能符合电炉钢的要求。据初步估计,在双包出钢的基础上进行混合炼钢和还原期进一步缩短,仅这三项主要措施,车间钢的产量,可比去年实际产量提高一倍;车间平均成本可降低7.39元/T。
According to the steel mixing method introduced by Professor W.
