考察了硅酸聚合度、Fe~(3+)与SiO_2的摩尔比、熟化时间以及pH值对研制聚硅酸铁混凝性能的影响。确定了制备聚硅酸铁的优化条件。用所研制的聚硅酸铁与单独投加混凝剂硫酸铁及硫酸铁加助凝剂改性活化硅酸处理低温低浊水的效果进行了比较。试验结果表明聚硅酸铁的效果最好。还对聚硅酸铁的混凝机理进行了讨论。
The effects of polymerization degree of silicic acid, molar ratio of Fe 3+ and SiO 2 , aging time and pH value on the coagulation properties of polysilicic iron were investigated. The optimized conditions for the preparation of polysilicic acid iron were determined. The effects of the modified polysilicic acid iron on the treatment of low temperature and low turbidity water by the activated silicic acid modified by coagulant iron sulfate and iron sulfate plus coagulant were separately compared. The test results show that polysilicate iron works best. The coagulation mechanism of polysilicate iron was also discussed.
