本文研究了冷变形前过时效、固溶温度、保温时间、变形量、加热速度等热机械处理工艺对 Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr 合金再结晶行为的影响。结果表明:冷变形前的时效工艺对再结晶的影响非常显著。在275℃时效4h,强烈阻碍再结晶,而在400℃时效4h,促进再结晶。固溶温度越高,越有利于再结晶,且晶粒越粗大,但保温时间对再结晶的影响不显著。大变形量和快速加热也有利于再结晶。本文探讨了各种因素影响再结晶的机制。
In this paper, the effects of over-aging, solution temperature, holding time, deformation and heating rate on the recrystallization behavior of Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr alloy were studied. The results show that the effect of aging before cold deformation on recrystallization is very significant. Aging at 275 ℃ 4h, strongly hindered recrystallization, aging at 400 ℃ 4h, to promote recrystallization. The higher solution temperature, the more conducive to recrystallization, and the coarser the grain, but the holding time on recrystallization was not significant. Large deformation and rapid heating are also conducive to recrystallization. This article explores the mechanisms by which various factors affect recrystallization.
