研究了芦竹粉目数、相容剂用量和存放时间对芦竹/聚丙烯木塑复合材料力学性能和吸水率的影响。结果表明:选择80目新的芦竹粉且使用量为50%、相容剂用量为6%时木塑复合材料的性能最好。在纤维用量相同时,采用芦竹粉制备的木塑复合材料的性能比采用杂木粉、水稻秸秆粉制备的木塑材料的性能要好。
The effects of the amount of Ammonite, compatibilizer and storage time on the mechanical properties and water absorption of Arundo donax / Polypropylene wood-plastic composites were studied. The results showed that the best properties of wood-plastic composites were obtained when 80-mesh new Arundo donax was used and the amount of compatibilizer was 6%. When the amount of fiber is the same, the performance of wood-plastic composites prepared by using Arundo donax is better than that of wood-plastic materials prepared by using wood flour and rice straw.
