一、经济区的战略地位。由于历史上政治、经济、民族、文化、地理、自然等因素长期相互作用的结果,造成我国东部地区经济较为发达,而西部地区则因交通不便,信息不灵,技术水平低,商品经济很不发达。但西部地区矿严、土地、水力、劳动力等资源丰富,潜力巨大,待开发,中部则兼有东、西部的优势和劣势。如果集东中西部的经济优势为一体,利用东、西部在社会主义商品经济各个要素上表现出的巨太差异态势,中部地区极易形成各自优势的对流辐射。因此,搞好位于东西部交联地带的陕甘川毗邻经济区,对于新的经济格局的形成,促进各种经济优势的交融,有着深远的战略意义。

The central region has the advantages and disadvantages of the east and west. If the economic advantages of the central and eastern parts of the east and west coasts are integrated and the giant differences in the various elements of the socialist commodity economy are shown in the east and the west, the central region will easily form the convective radiation with its own advantages. Therefore, it is of far-reaching strategic significance to improve the formation of the new economic pattern and promote the blending of various economic advantages in the vicinity of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Chuan adjacent economic zone located in the cross-linking zone between the eastern and western regions.
