采用一种新方法测定并研究内毒素休克狗左心室心肌肌球蛋白可磷酸化轻链(P-LC)的磷酸化程度。结果表明正常组和内毒素组磷酸化的P-LC 分别为37.00%(±1.68)和19.58%(±3.94),后者显著降低(P<0.01)。向肌球蛋白粗提液中分别添加10~(-3)MCa~(++)、5mMATP 和100u/ml 钙调蛋白(CaM),或10~(-6)M 异丙基肾上腺素,或10~(-6)McAMP 后,正常组磷酸化的P-LC 分别为63.27%(±5.19),75.57%(±6.55)和69.30%(±6.84),较之未添加的对照组(37.00%)显著增加(P<0.01);内毒素组添加上述物质后各组磷酸化的P-LC 数值分别为48.10%(±2.99),43.12%(±5.86),和37.58%(±6.55),较之未添加的对照组(19.58%)亦有明显增加(P<0.01)。这些物质对P-LC 磷酸化的影响在内毒素组中又比正常组更为明显(P<0.05)。
A new method was used to determine and study the phosphorylation of myosin phosphorylated light chain (P-LC) in left ventricular myocardium of dogs with endotoxic shock.
