汽车结构是复杂结构系统,其动力分析模型只能近似地模拟。因此动力分析的理论结果往往与实验结果不符合。为使理论分析结果与实验结果接近,动力分析模型的结构参数必须修正。本文将首先讨论结构的模态频率对结构参数的灵敏度,然后讨论动力模型参数修正的广义逆(伪逆)法。根据本文所提出的方法,对汽车车架的动力模型参数进行了修正,然后按修正后的模型进行重分析,得到了满意的结果。这些结果不仅对工程师改进车架设计有重要的意义,而且也可以直接用于车架的交互式计算机辅助设计。
Automobile structure is a complex structural system, and its dynamic analysis model can only be simulated approximately. Therefore, the theoretical results of dynamic analysis are often inconsistent with the experimental results. In order to make the theoretical analysis results close to the experimental results, the structural parameters of dynamic analysis model must be corrected. This paper will first discuss the sensitivity of the structural modal frequencies to the structural parameters and then discuss the generalized inverse (pseudo-inverse) method of dynamical model parameter correction. According to the method proposed in this paper, the dynamic model parameters of the automobile frame are modified, and then re-analyzed according to the revised model, and the satisfactory result is obtained. These results not only have important implications for engineers in improving frame designs, but they can also be used directly in frame-based interactive computer-aided design.
