目的:探讨调经固冲汤联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效及对患者新激素水平的影响。方法:选取2015年5月-2016年5月该院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者198例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组患者给予调经固冲汤联合二甲双胍治疗,治疗结束后对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析,同时对治疗前后两组患者性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积、中医证候评分的变化进行对比。结果:观察组与对照组患者的总有效率分别为92.93%、83.84%,与对照组对比,观察组患者的总有效率明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组患者的FSH、LH及T水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),E2水平治疗前后无显著变化(P>0.05),且治疗后观察组患者的FSH、LH及T水平明显低于同时期对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组患者的子宫内膜厚度及卵巢体积均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者的子宫内膜厚度及卵巢体积均低于同时期对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组患者的中医证候积分均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者的中医证候积分明显低于同时期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调经固冲汤联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征可有效改善患者性激素水平,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of “Tiaojing Guxue Decoction” combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on the level of new hormones in patients. Methods: A total of 198 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with metformin, Chong Tang combined with metformin treatment, after the end of the treatment of two groups of patients were compared clinical efficacy, while the two groups before and after treatment of sex hormone levels, endometrial thickness, ovarian volume, TCM syndrome scores were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92.93% and 83.84% respectively. Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased (P <0.05); after treatment, the observation group and the control group FSH, LH and T were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), E2 level had no significant changes before and after treatment (P> 0.05), and after treatment, the levels of FSH, LH and T in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the same period (P <0.05). After treatment, the thickness of the endometrium and the volume of the ovary in the observation group and the control group were both decreased (P <0.05), and the thickness of the endometrium and the volume of the ovary in the observation group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower (P <0.05), and the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group Period control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Treating PCP with metformin in PCOS can effectively improve the level of sex hormone in patients with significant curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
