自2009年6月,中国、俄罗斯、巴西、印度四国为寻求在世界舞台上占据更多话语主导权而组成战略合作伙伴。2011年南非加入,最终形成金砖五国。在全国一体化的今天,国家的外交、多边关系、软硬实力综合展现均离不开媒介传播,数字信息时代下,美国作为信息资源强国,对发展中国家进行单向垄断文化殖民。发展中国家的集体思维、文化认同感逐渐趋同于美国文化,国与国民族差异在消亡。如何重建民族认同感,高效合理的传播策略制定刻不容缓。金砖五国正是在这个复杂多变国际局势下应运而生的战略合作关系。本文将从金砖五国的中国和印度国家传媒发展入手,分析其困境与机遇,并试图找出一套行之有效的传播策略,适用于中国、印度等发展中国家能在国际传播市场拥有更多力量资源,促进国与国的信息平等互通。
Since June 2009, China, Russia, Brazil and India have formed strategic cooperation partners seeking to occupy more dominant position in the world arena. South Africa joined in 2011, eventually forming the BRICS. At the time of national integration, the country’s comprehensive manifestations of diplomacy, multilateral relations, soft power and hard power are all inseparable from the media. Under the era of digital information, the United States, as a powerhouse for information resources, unilaterally monopolizes cultural colonization of developing countries. The collective thinking and cultural identity of developing countries gradually converge with that of American culture, and the difference between the state and the nation is disappearing. How to rebuild national identity, efficient and reasonable communication strategy formulation without delay. The BRICS countries are precisely the strategic cooperation that came into being in this complex and ever-changing international situation. This article will start with the development of China and India’s national media in the BRIC countries to analyze their dilemmas and opportunities and try to find a set of effective communication strategies that are applicable to developing countries such as China and India that can own the international media market More resources and resources to promote equality of information exchange between countries.
