目的探讨原发性肺癌中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达及其相关性。方法收集新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院手术切除的63例原发性肺癌和26例肺良性病变标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测原发性肺癌组织和肺良性病变组织中VEGF、HIF-1α、EGFR的表达。结果原发性肺癌组织中VEGF阳性表达率为68.25%,显著高于肺良性病变组织的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);原发性肺癌组织中HIF-1α阳性表达率为55.56%,显著高于肺良性病变组织的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);原发性肺癌组织中EGFR阳性表达率为47.62%,高于肺良性病变组织的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。原发性肺癌组织中VEGF和HIF-1α的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.279,P<0.05);VEGF与EGFR的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.295,P<0.05);EGFR与HIF-1α的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.267,P<0.05)。原发性肺癌组织中VEGF、HIF-1α的阳性表达与淋巴结转移、吸烟史和临床分期相关;EGFR的阳性表达与淋巴结转移和临床分期相关。结论 VEGF、HIF-1α、EGFR在原发性肺癌的发生、发展发挥作用,且可能存在协同作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF-1α) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in primary lung cancer and their correlation. Methods Totally 63 cases of primary lung cancer and 26 cases of benign lung lesions surgically resected from Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF, HIF-1α, EGFR in primary lung cancer tissues and benign lung lesions expression. Results The positive expression rate of VEGF in primary lung cancer was 68.25%, which was significantly higher than that in benign lung lesions (20.00%, P <0.001). The positive rate of HIF-1α in primary lung cancer was 55.56%, which was significantly higher than that of benign lung lesions (13.33%, P <0.001). The positive expression rate of EGFR in primary lung cancer was 47.62%, which was higher than that in benign lung tissues (13.33%), the difference was statistically significant There was statistical significance (P = 0.001). The positive expression of VEGF and HIF-1alpha in primary lung cancer was positively correlated (r = 0.279, P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and EGFR (r = 0.295, Positive expression was positively correlated (r = 0.267, P <0.05). The positive expression of VEGF and HIF-1α in primary lung cancer was correlated with lymph node metastasis, smoking history and clinical stage. The positive expression of EGFR was correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. Conclusion VEGF, HIF-1α and EGFR play a role in the occurrence and development of primary lung cancer and may have synergistic effects.
