对国内钢材市场选取的含Nb合金化与非合金化HRB400钢筋进行力学性能及微观组织分析。结果表明,非合金化钢筋的屈服强度及抗拉强度均高于含Nb合金化钢筋,而含Nb钢筋的Rel/Rm以及Rel/400值则优于非合金化钢筋;非合金化钢筋与含Nb合金化钢筋的边部组织分别为马氏体组织与贝氏体+珠光体组织;同时,通过高倍透射电镜观察含Nb钢筋析出物形貌,含Nb钢筋中有大量细小弥散碳化物。由于细晶强化及析出强化的共同作用,含Nb钢筋的抗震性能优于非合金化钢筋,塑韧性得到良好匹配。
Mechanical properties and microstructure analysis of Nb-containing alloying and non-alloying HRB400 steel bars selected from domestic steel market. The results show that the yield strength and tensile strength of unalloyed steel are higher than that of Nb-containing steel, while the Rel / Rm and Rel / 400 of Nb-containing steel are better than those of non-alloyed steel. The edges of Nb alloying steel were martensite and bainite + pearlite, respectively. Meanwhile, the morphologies of precipitates containing Nb were observed by high-power transmission electron microscopy. There were many fine and dispersive carbides in the Nb-containing steel. As a result of the combination of fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening, the seismic performance of Nb-containing bars is better than that of non-alloyed bars, and the plastic toughness is well matched.
