为了研究初始喷涂能量相同,而电压、电容不同的情况对电爆炸喷涂涂层性能的影响,在LY12硬质铝合金基体上进行了相同喷涂能量而不同喷涂电压、电容组合的电爆炸制备Mo涂层实验.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)等检测手段,对涂层的性能进行了分析比较.结果表明:喷涂能量密度一定时,采用高电压、小电容进行电爆炸喷涂所制备的涂层性能相对较好.
In order to study the effect of the same initial spraying energy and different voltage and capacitance on the performance of electrical explosion spray coating, the same spraying energy was applied on LY12 hard aluminum alloy substrate, Layer experiment.The properties of the coatings were analyzed and compared by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and other testing methods.The results show that when the spray energy density is constant, high voltage and small capacitance are used for electrical explosion spraying The prepared coating performance is relatively good.
