笔者在多年的体育教学实践中,潜心研究,采用多种方法手段,对每节体育课中的运动量的合理掌握运用进行了多方实践,并取得一定成效。从每段教学的测试中,我所带班的学习,在其文化课不受任何影响的前提下,体育素质的各项指标都有不同程度的提高,这充分阐明了体育课中运动量的合理掌握的必要性与重要性。
