固定资产投资规模的周期性膨胀是长期困扰中国经济发展的一大顽症,从一定意义上讲,中国经济四十多年的发展历史,就是在投资膨胀——投济压缩——再膨胀——再压缩的怪圈中运行的历史。如何走出这种怪圈,有效地防止和治理投资规模的周期性膨胀,保持国民经济的持续快速健康发展,是摆在经济理论工作者和投资管理部门的重大课题。最近,天津人民出版社出版了王庆功和巨荣良的新著《中国投资规模膨胀问题研究》,这是一部深入研究中国投资规模膨胀问题的著作,也是第一部研究中国投资规模膨胀问题的专著。作者从理论和实践的结合上对什么是适度投资规模进行了科学界定,在对中国投资膨胀历史深入考察的基础上,系统地分析了投资规模膨胀形成的原因,产生的后果,并提出了根治投资规模膨胀的有效对策。全书立论扎实,资料丰富,凡言皆有充分的证据,读来让人思路开阔,获益匪浅。
The cyclical expansion of the fixed asset investment scale has long plagued China’s economic development.
