本文采用一种基于高效快速的dSPACE原型涡扇发动机控制系统半实物仿真系统,完成了系统建模、控制器设计到半实物仿真的全部过程。介绍了发动机控制系统的组成,在Matlab/Simulink环境中建立了控制系统各部件非线性仿真模型。基于频域校正设计了控制器,开发了基于ControlDesk的涡扇发动机控制系统仿真管理控制与数据显示软件。通过半实物实时仿真试验,验证了控制器的有效性。
In this paper, a kind of semi-physical simulation system of dSPACE prototype turbofan engine control system based on high efficiency and fast is completed. The whole process of system modeling and controller design to semi-physical simulation is completed. The composition of the engine control system is introduced. A nonlinear simulation model of each part of the control system is established in Matlab / Simulink environment. The controller was designed based on the frequency domain correction, and the ControlDesk based simulation management control and data display software of the turbofan engine control system was developed. Through the real-time simulation experiments, the validity of the controller is verified.
