高职护理教育是以培养高等技术应用型专门人才为目标。护理人才培养质量的高低取决于教师的质量。因此,要培养出高质量的护理人才,要求高职院校护理教师不仅要有扎实的理论知识,而且必须具有较强的实践能力和指导学生实践的能力,即具备“双师素质”。本文综述了高职院校“双师素质”教师队伍建设的现状与问题,结合我校实际,积极探索护理“双师素质”教师培养的途径。
Nursing education in higher vocational education is based on the cultivation of high-tech application-oriented professionals. The quality of nursing personnel training depends on the quality of teachers. Therefore, to nurture high-quality nurses, it is required that nurses teachers in vocational colleges not only have a solid theoretical knowledge, but also have strong practical ability and ability to guide students to practice, that is, to have “double qualities” . This article summarizes the current situation and problems of the construction of “double qualities” teachers in higher vocational colleges, and explores the ways of nurturing teachers with “double qualities” according to the reality of our university.
