审视目前高师艺术教育专业教学现状,对于推动义务教育阶段艺术教育的发展、建构合理的高师艺术教育课程体系及建构和谐健康发展的素质教育局面都有着十分重要的意义。笔者通过问卷调查对目前高师院校艺术教育专业的现状进行研究分析,提出了明确师资培养目标、加强教师角色意识形成、构建复合型人才培养模式等对策,以促进高师院校艺术教育师资培养模式的适应性变革。
Examining the status quo of art education in normal universities is of great significance in promoting the development of art education at the stage of compulsory education, building a reasonable art education curriculum system in higher normal colleges and building a harmonious and healthy development of quality education. Through questionnaire survey, the author conducts a research and analysis on the current status of art education major in normal universities and colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures such as clarifying teacher training objectives, strengthening the formation of teachers’ role awareness, and building a composite training model so as to promote the training mode of art education teachers in normal universities Adaptability change.
