放射治疗工作人员是职业危害的高危人群之一,避免有害因素对自身的伤害,维护自身的身心健康显得尤其重要。笔者从事放射治疗工作12年,现就放射职业危险因素与防护措施,介绍如下。1危害因素1.1空气环境污染后装治疗患者的血液、分泌物、唾液和呕吐物可污染治疗室的空气及环境以及治疗时因病灶的管腔与外界相通增加了污染和感染的机会。工作人员每天在此环境中工作是一种很难预防的危害。 Radiotherapy staff is one of the high-risk occupational hazards, to avoid harmful factors on their own injury, to maintain their physical and mental health is particularly important.
