房价:理性回归还需时日随着各项调控措施的逐步实施,房地产市场运行出现积极变化,房地产开发投资增幅有所回落;商品住房平均销售价格涨幅趋于平稳;商品住房交易中大户型、高价位住房交易量明显下降;投机炒作行为得到一定遏制。发展改革委、国家统计局发布的最新调查报告显示,二季度35个大中城市房屋销售价格同比上涨8%,涨幅比一季度回落1.8个百分点。
