利用三种齿轮试验台,对不同的润滑方式、不同的转速和机油等条件下,人们一直有争议的温升载荷比系数进行了探讨。试验结果表明,温升载荷比系数是一个十分复杂的参数,虽然在某一特定工况下具有常值的特性,但不同的转速,不同的润滑方式对其有显著的影响,因此它是一个多元影响参数,ISO闪温准则中将之固定为0.11,显然是不全面的。文中以大量的试验结果进行了对比分析与讨论,从而为合理地进行高速机车牵引齿轮的润滑,提高其抗胶合性能提供了依据。
Using the three gear test rigs, the controversial temperature-rise load-ratio factors have been discussed for different lubrication methods, different speeds and oil conditions. The experimental results show that the temperature rise load ratio coefficient is a very complicated parameter. Although it has the property of constant value in a specific working condition, it has a significant influence on different speed and different lubrication modes, so it is a Multivariate impact parameters, ISO flash standard will be fixed at 0.11, apparently not comprehensive. In this paper, a large number of test results were analyzed and discussed in order to reasonably carry out high-speed locomotive traction gear lubrication and improve the anti-gluing performance provides a basis.
