System analysis and system methods reflect the new trends in current research work. The characteristics of contemporary scientific, technological, and economic research are that all kinds of interacting factors should be considered when seeking and implementing the most reasonable solutions and reliable predictions for the future. The main purpose of system engineering lies in solving these comprehensive control tasks. Most of the works written by different authors on cybernetics, systems analysis, systems, and integrated methods all have a common view, principle, and method, that is, they contain a unified system. This unified system includes a large number of controlled objects that are related to each other, and these objects are at the same time associated with the external factors of the environment.
