煤炭生产企业都会在煤矿井上以及井下设计一定数量的煤仓,主要用于煤矿所产出的原煤的储存和中转,在一定意义上讲,煤矿产煤量的多少直接取决于煤仓工作状况的正常与否,特别是位于井下的煤仓,更要注意,应随着煤位的变化而适当的调整煤炭的生产和运输。文章在对图像处理技术以及煤位检测系统进行介绍的基础上,阐述了煤位图像处理系统的具体设计方案。
