为了提高食用菌制种成品率,减少操作过程中酒精灯产生的废气对人体的危害,我们于1986年开始用压缩无菌空气代替酒精灯进行试验。1987年2~3月采用该工艺接种了8000余袋黑木耳(每批500多袋),接种口污染率0~1%;7~9月接种了18000余袋木耳及香菇(每批500多袋),接种口染污率为0~2%,其中接种后不再搬动的成品率达100%。实践证明,该工艺是可行的,具体方法如下:(一)设备;天津产WM—4型无油空气压缩机一台,与之配套用油水分离器及过滤器各一个。(二)方法:用橡胶管连接上述设备,从过滤器
