目的:探讨我院喹诺酮类抗菌药药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及引发ADR的相关因素,为该类药物的临床合理应用提供参考。方法:我院2004年6月~2009年9月共收集到934例ADR,将其中149例喹诺酮类抗菌药ADR进行分类汇总,统计分析。结果:149例喹诺酮类抗菌药ADR中,静脉滴注给药者最多,占总例数的59.60%;注射用左氧氟沙星引起的ADR居首位;皮肤及附件损害是ADR的最主要表现,占总例数的43.75%(70例),严重的ADR8例。结论:喹诺酮类药物ADR多见,应加强对该类药物的监管,减少ADR的发生,促进其合理使用。
Objective: To investigate the occurrence of quinolone antibacterials adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital and the related factors that lead to ADR, and provide a reference for the clinical rational use of these drugs. Methods: A total of 934 cases of ADR were collected in our hospital from June 2004 to September 2009, and the ADRs of 149 quinolone antibiotics were collected and statistically analyzed. Results: 149 cases of quinolone antibiotics ADR, intravenous drip administered the most, accounting for 59.60% of the total number of cases; levofloxacin injection caused ADR ranks first; skin and attachment damage is the most important manifestation of ADR, the total 43.75% of cases (70 cases), severe ADR8 cases. Conclusion: Quinolones ADR more common, should strengthen the regulation of these drugs, reduce the occurrence of ADR and promote their rational use.
