通过阐述自适应变形式二次后浇圈梁柔性连接施工技术原理及特点,结合卓越SOHO综合楼工程特点,阐述具体施工工艺流程和主要施工技术措施,有效地防止填充墙及粉刷等装修面层的开裂,提高了墙体的观感质量;同时为挑高复层、隐形跃层或层内高度较大的房屋填充墙的二次后浇圈梁的施工提供参考方法。最后提出自适应变形式二次后浇圈梁柔性连接施工技术质量控制标准及保证措施。 Through elaborating the principle and characteristics of the flexible connection construction technology of the secondary post-ring girder with adaptive variable structure, and combining with the characteristics of SOHO comprehensive building project, the concrete construction process flow and main construction technical measures are elaborated to effectively prevent the decoration of the filling wall and the painted surface , Which improves the visual quality of the wall. At the same time, it provides a reference method for the construction of secondary post-ring girders with high cladding, invisible thermocline or high-filled wall-filled walls. Finally, the paper puts forward the quality control standards and the guarantee measures for the flexible connection construction technology of the secondary post-ring girder with adaptive variable form.
