数学解题反思最早由波利亚提出和发展起来的,在他的名著《怎样解题》中列出解题表,把解题分为四个阶段:“弄清问题,拟订计划,实现计划,回顾”。其中“回顾”就是解题反思。顾名思义,解题反思就是对解题活动的反思,它是对解题活动深层次的再思考,不仅仅是对解题过程的一般性回顾和重复,更是深究数学解题活动中所涉及的知识、方法、思路、策略等,具有较强的科学研究性质。解题反思的目的是让学生认识到问题的深层次结构,通过解有限道题去学会和领悟解无限道题的数学机智,最终提高学生的解题能力,可以帮助学生减轻学业负担,轻松的对待数学这门学科。
