本文报道毒扁豆硷对重症安宁和安定中毒患者的疗效。患者女性、30岁,服安宁33.6g、安定550mg,昏迷6小时于1980年11月21日23时55分入院。患者空腹服药,半小时后因嗜睡被发现,送卫生院洗胃,但未呕吐,很快神志不清转本院。体检:体温35.5℃,脉搏90次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压60-80/40-50mmHg。发育正常,营养一般,面色苍白、唇周紫绀。神志昏迷,两侧瞳孔缩小直径为2 mm,光反应迟钝,睫毛、角膜及压眶反射迟钝。颈软,两肺少许湿罗音,
