铸坯生产过程参数实时采集与精确定位是铸坯质量在线判定及生产过程参数在线优化的基础。通过现场试验总结了一种铸坯质量相关生产过程参数定位方法,该方法通过对浇铸长度修正,能够将实时采集的铸坯生产过程参数精确定位到铸坯切片,克服了传统铸坯生产过程参数定位的缺陷与不足。此外将精确定位的铸坯生产过程参数保存到以铸坯切片为标识的信息组中,在此基础上采用LM-BP算法建立表面纵裂纹判定模型对众多铸坯切片信息组分析。结果表明,通过该方法采集的数据准确性较高且模型命中率较高。
