本文用不同的磨削参数(砂轮修整次数、砂轮直径与工件孔径之比d砂/D工孔、进刀量和工件转速)对内螺纹磨削烧伤和裂纹的倾向进行了试验。试验表明,随着砂轮修整次数减少,进刀量和d砂/D工孔增大,磨削烧伤和裂纹的倾向增大。在每磨一刀修一次砂轮的情况下,当径向进刀量不超过0.20毫米时没有产生磨削烧伤:在每进两次刀修一次砂轮的情况下,当进刀量为0.13毫米,d砂/D工孔为0.85时产生了磨削烧伤;在每进三次刀修一次砂轮的情况下,当进刀量为0.10毫米,d砂/D工孔为0.83以及进刀量为0.15毫米,d砂/D工孔为0.67时均产生了磨削烧伤;工件转速在2~4转/分之间变动对是否产生磨削烧伤影响不大。
In this paper, different grinding parameters (number of wheel dressing, ratio of wheel diameter to workpiece hole diameter d sand / D hole, feed rate and workpiece rotation speed) were used to test the tendency of internal thread grinding burns and cracks.
