利用叶片挤出机制备回收PC/回收ABS共混材料,研究叶片挤出机的加工特性对共混体系的作用,分析了苯乙烯/马来酸酐共聚物(SMA-700)、苯乙烯/丙烯腈/马来酸酐三元共聚物(SMA-800)以及ABS接枝马来酸酐(ABS-g-MAH)这3种相容剂对共混物的力学性能、耐热性、熔体指数及形态结构的影响。结果表明:叶片挤出机能有效促进回收ABS相在回收PC基体中的细化分散,适当用量的相容剂能有效提高共混体系的相容性,增强界面粘结力,SMA-700、SMA-800和ABS-g-MAH添加量分别为6%、2%、6%时共混体系的综合性能最佳。
The PC / ABS blends were prepared by the blade extruder. The processing characteristics of the blade extruder were studied.
