CM-IMS是中国移动实现网络和业务融合的重要解决方案,是一个涉及核心网、接入设备、承载、业务、终端和支撑系统的端到端系统,它将为中国移动提供面向融合和宽带多媒体业务的端到端解决方案,并努力打造统一融合的核心网络架构,实现对固定和移动的统一控制,从而降低中国移动核心网络建设和维护成本。本方法主要针对处理IMS业务投诉或故障,分别从IMS用户开销户流程、互联互通对接、局数据制作、接入网络模型、用户终端配置等方面进行研究,最终形成IMS运维支撑手段,实现对IMS业务投诉或故障及时、方便、快捷的处理。
CM-IMS is an important solution for China Mobile to realize network and service convergence. It is an end-to-end system involving core network, access equipment, bearer, service, terminal and support system. CM-IMS will provide China Mobile with services for convergence and broadband Multimedia services and end-to-end solutions, and strive to create a unified and integrated core network architecture to achieve unified control of fixed and mobile, thereby reducing China Mobile’s core network construction and maintenance costs. This method mainly deals with handling complaints or failures of IMS services, and studies IMS subscriber overheads, interoperability and interworking, office data creation, access network model and user terminal configuration, respectively, and finally forms an IMS operation and maintenance supportive measure to achieve IMS business complaints or failure timely, convenient and efficient processing.
