目的:探讨氩离子激光治疗视网膜血管炎的方法与疗效。方法:未出现新生血管的早期患者(138眼),予单纯播散性视网膜光凝;已出现视网膜或视乳头新生血管未伴纤维膜形成的中期患者(200眼),予播散性与融合性联合光凝治疗。结果:早期患者视力进步21%(29眼),视力不变76%(105眼),视力下降3%(4眼);显效68%(94眼),有效29%(40眼),无效3%(4眼)。中期患者视力进步45%(90眼),视力不变47.5%(95眼),视力下降7.5%(15眼);显效52.5%(105眼),有效40%(80眼),无效7.5%(15眼)。结论:早中期视网膜血管炎用氩离子激光治疗可获得较高的治愈率。
Objective: To investigate the method and effect of argon ion laser treatment of retinal vasculitis. METHODS: Early neovascular arteries (138 eyes) were treated with simple disseminated retinal photocoagulation; mid-term patients (200 eyes) with retinal or optic papilla neovascularization without fibrosis were disseminated and fused Sexual joint photocoagulation treatment. Results: Early vision improved 21% (29 eyes), unchanged vision 76% (105 eyes), vision decreased 3% (4 eyes); effective 68% (94 eyes), effective 29% (40 eyes), invalid 3 % (4 eyes). Conclusion: Early treatment of retinal vasculitis with argon laser can achieve a higher cure rate.
